ProStock has several utilities, making daily tasks more efficient, and giving you and your clients as many options as possible!

The Import Scans utility allows you to import folders full of high-res digital images all at once. Then use the Batch Processor to create web preview and thumbnail-sized versions of those imported scans. The (optional) auto-watermarking feature lets you keep clean images on your server, then watermarks them as they go out to clients, offering maximum protection with minimal effort.

Import data directly into your database - images, clients, photographers - even sales. And export it, too! ProStock has a built-in email and FTP utility, enabling you to send images and information directly to a client, or to your website, without ever leaving the program. Furthermore, ProStock includes complete auditing utilities for clients, photographers, accounts, and keywords, which will help locate missing or incorrect data.

Our Task Manager allows you to set reminders and tasks for yourself and others. Keep journal-style notes for each client, in order to see the history of your interaction. You can set interest, currency and tax rates (including VAT and GST), add items to your marketing and sort lists, and customize user-defined fields. Control your staff's access - giving them privileges to only the parts of the program you wish them to use.
